Shiza Spoken Club was established on July 1, 2011 by Miss Shiza as a specialized institute focused on English speaking confidence and hesitation eradication. Since February 15, 2019, Shiza Spoken Club operates strictly as a 100% online institute, delivering live synchronous lectures and speaking evaluations via Google Meet with supporting digital portal access for global and local learners across Karachi and Pakistan.

2. Google Meet Classroom Conduct & Participation

Because speaking mastery requires active verbal engagement, learners must observe our digital classroom standards:

• Punctuality: Students must log in 5 minutes before scheduled class times. Classes run 3 days a week for 1 full hour per session during designated evening slots.
• Technical Prerequisites: Students are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection, working audio microphone or headset, and a compatible device (PC, tablet, or smartphone).
• Active Speaking Requirement: Every learner is required to participate in verbal drills, dialogue reading, and debate exercises when called upon by Miss Shiza.
• Classroom Decorum & Mutual Respect: Any abusive language, harassment, discriminatory commentary, or disruptive conduct toward the instructor or peers will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
• Strict Prohibition of Unauthorized Recording: Students may not take screen recordings, audio recordings, or screenshots of fellow students during live Google Meet classes without explicit written permission from the administration.

3. Student Web Portal Access & Security

Upon confirmed enrollment, students are granted access credentials to the Shiza Spoken Club learning portal:

• Individual Account Integrity: Your login credentials (username and password) are strictly personal. Sharing, reselling, or distributing portal access to non-enrolled individuals will trigger immediate account termination.
• Curriculum Materials: Video recordings, lecture slides, and Cambridge-aligned British worksheets provided inside the portal are accessible for personal study during your active enrollment.
• System Maintenance: While we endeavor to maintain 24/7 portal availability, temporary access interruptions for system upgrades and server updates may occur periodically.

4. Admissions, Fees & Non-Refundability Policy

To preserve instructor attention and high speaking time per student, all batch sizes are strictly capped:

• Tuition Payment & Confirmation: Course seats are confirmed only upon receipt of payment verification via official channels (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or direct online bank transfer) and coordination with our official WhatsApp desk (03333385152).
• Strict Non-Refundability: Because an enrolled student occupies a restricted seat that cannot be offered to other waitlisted applicants, all course fees are strictly non-refundable once a batch has started.
• Batch Transfers: Under verifiable emergencies, students may submit a written request via WhatsApp to freeze their enrollment or transfer to an upcoming cohort, subject to administrative approval and batch availability.

5. Milestone Certification Standards

Certifications awarded by Shiza Spoken Club—including the Certification in Shiza Spoken Club (CSSC), Diploma in Shiza Spoken Club (DSCC), and Business English (SSCBE)—represent verified language competence:

• Attendance Criterion: Learners must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance across their enrolled module duration.
• Assessment Passing: Certificates are issued only after the learner successfully passes the final verbal assessment and speaking evaluation conducted by Miss Shiza.
• Verification: Issued credentials may be confirmed via our official administration for institutional or corporate verification purposes.

6. Intellectual Property & Academic Materials

All pedagogical methodologies, proprietary phrase-chunking frameworks, milestone infographics, video lectures, student case studies, and brand emblems displayed on this website or inside Google Meet classes remain the exclusive intellectual property of Miss Shiza and Shiza Spoken Club.

No portion of our curriculum, syllabus outlines, or portal video lessons may be copied, reproduced, repackaged, or commercialized without prior written authorization.
