At Shiza Spoken Club (founded on 1st July 2011 by Miss Shiza), we are committed to safeguarding the personal information of our students, parents, and website visitors.

Information We Collect

• Enrollment Information: Student full name, contact phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, city, and prior English proficiency level.
• Online Classroom Data: Attendance records and student interaction logs conducted via Google Meet.
• Transaction Verification: Proof of fee transfer (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or direct bank deposit screenshots) used solely for enrollment validation. We do not store sensitive bank login credentials.

How Information Is Used

• To organize batches, schedule Google Meet speaking sessions, and deliver course materials.
• To issue official milestone certificates upon completion (CSSC, DSCC, SSCBE).
• To provide course updates and answers via our official WhatsApp inquiry desk (03333385152).

Google Meet Session Privacy

Classroom practice sessions may occasionally be recorded for pedagogical review, teacher evaluation, or student revision. We do not sell, rent, or distribute classroom footage to third-party advertisers.

2. Terms and Conditions

Class Participation & Decorum

• Students must join scheduled Google Meet sessions on time with a stable internet connection and functional microphone.
• A respectful and encouraging classroom environment is required. Harassment, disruption, or unpermitted recordings of fellow students will result in immediate suspension without refund.

Fee Structure & Refund Policy

• Course fees must be settled prior to the issuance of official Google Meet batch links and study material.
• Because batch sizes are strictly capped to guarantee personal speaking turns, fees are non-refundable once the course cohort has commenced.

Certification Eligibility

Issuance of the Certification in Shiza Spoken Club (CSSC), Diploma (DSCC), or Business English (SSCBE) requires a minimum 80% class attendance rate and completion of the final speech evaluation.
